Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Service Experience Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service while driving store performance.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, educate on tools and processes, and create business plans to meet service and sales goals. This role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and a commitment to continuous improvement, including evenings and weekends.

• 1+ years of successful retail management experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with store manager, area/regional manager, and other leaders.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion to inspire others to deliver outstanding service.
• Dynamic leadership skills and a proven ability to motivate and develop future leaders.
• A proven track record of using key metrics to identify opportunities and drive business.
• Effective communication skills.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
$23.10 - $37.00 Hourly
