Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Service Experience Manager to mentor a store team and drive service and sales initiatives. You will recruit, train and motivate staff, educate on tools, processes and systems, and create a plan to meet service and sales goals while driving continuous improvements.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, dynamic leadership, and the ability to use metrics to identify opportunities. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of successful retail management experience
• Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with store manager, area/regional manager, and other leaders
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion to inspire others to deliver outstanding service
• Dynamic leadership skills and a proven ability to motivate and develop future leaders
• A proven track record of using key metrics to identify opportunities and drive business
• Effective communication skills
• The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends
