Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Service Experience Manager in the St. Louis area.

You will mentor and motivate your team, drive store volume through service initiatives such as Nordstrom Rewards and gift cards, and develop strategies to meet service and sales goals. You will recruit and train staff, educate on tools and processes, and pursue continuous improvement across the department while maintaining strong relationships with leadership and store teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of successful retail management experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with store manager, area/regional manager, and other leaders.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion to inspire others to deliver outstanding service.
• Dynamic leadership skills and a proven ability to motivate and develop future leaders.
• A proven track record of using key metrics to identify opportunities and drive business.
• Effective communication skills.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$48,000.00 - $77,000.00 Annual
