Nordstrom is seeking an Assistant Service Experience Manager who combines fashion acumen with leadership to drive a superior customer experience. The role emphasizes influencing, collaboration, and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach a team of specialists, partner with merchandising and store teams, and assist with budgets and process improvements while ensuring data security and privacy for customers.

• Develop relationships with both merchandising and store teams to effectively help lead and integrate change that promotes customer driven initiatives.
• Assist with financial aspects and budgets to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Assist with protecting security and privacy of customer information including education, compliance and disposition of issues.

A day in the life…

Pay Range Details

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$19.25 - $30.75 Hourly
