Your role in our mission
  • Manage solutioning and delivery across several accounts in the Claims domain in a Shared Services environment, ensuring that business solution objectives are met.
  • Manage a team of software developers and business analysts. Hire, train, evaluate, and motivate employees, addressing performance issues and making recommendations for personnel actions. Provide salary increases, bonuses, and promotions within budgets and guidelines.
  • Ensure that project deliveries meet client and company expectations and needs.
  • Collaborate with Sr Manager to develop demand forecasts for end-to-end services.
  • Interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts with functional areas or departments.
  • Manage relationships between shared services and accounts to maintain good client relations.
  • Identify and implement service improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with departments to integrate new, enhanced, and existing service offerings for accounts.
  • Support the development of new business proposals and the introduction of new technology to enhance solutions.
  • Prepare and recommend operating and personnel budgets, monitoring spending for adherence.
What we're looking for
  • Nine (9) or more years of application development & support, project, or program management experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience in Medicaid or healthcare claims processing preferred.
  • Experience in a shared services environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with contracts/statements of work and budgeting/forecasting is a plus.

  • Fully remote options from continental US locations only.
  • Opportunities to travel (0-10%).
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation.
