Fidelity Investments is seeking a Manager, Defined Benefit Operations to lead a 10-15 person team responsible for calculations and employee resolution workloads, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
You will drive process improvement, manage capacity and budgeting, mentor staff, and partner with offshore support while maintaining compliance and risk controls. This onsite role reflects Fidelity's phased onsite model.

The Role
The Manager, Defined Benefit Operations leads a team of 10-15 Defined Benefit Specialists and is accountable for the quality, accuracy, and productivity of the team’s work. This leader plays a key role in WI Client & Participant Services, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. You will manage daily operations for a complex Defined Benefits team (Calculations and/or Employee Resolution), providing strong oversight, process discipline, and partnership with offshore support. Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
