Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an Identity Governance & Administration engineer to design, implement, and deploy access management solutions using SailPoint and Oracle IAM products. You will collaborate with Governance, Security Architecture, and business teams to shape architectural designs and drive production rollouts, coordinating with Scrum Masters and PMs to deliver robust IAM capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 72 months of progressive related experience.
• Experience with Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, SailPoint IIQ, PingFederate.
• Proficiency with REST, SOA EPL; Active Directory LDAP; Salesforce; SQL Database; Unix Shell Scripting.
• Experience building and deploying IAM/IGA solutions; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholder groups.

Job Duties

Work as Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) engineer for SailPoint & Oracle suite of products for the IAM team to build, execute & deploy Access management solutions. Work with Governance, Security Architecture & Business application teams to design & demonstrate the architectural designs. Co-ordinate with Scrum Masters, Project managers, Business Analysts, Support & Operations leads and rollout the solutions from design to production. Technical experience in programming and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript is preferred. Develop Custom IGA solutions using SailPoint & Java frameworks. Review IAM Security polices standards, guidelines, and procedures. Work closely with IAM Organization to deliver the proposed solutions and provide strategic technical direction across the team. Work closely with peer groups to achieve Organizational objectives. Overall accountability for technical document delivery, technical support, and hands on technical work. Oversee adherence to applicable Security Controls, Policies and Standards; partner with business owners and technology groups to synchronize plans to remediate gaps.

Requires Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation. Employer will accept a 3-year or 4-year bachelor’s degree. Experience must include 72 months involving the following: Oracle Identity Manager; Oracle Access Manager; SailPoint IIQ; PingFederate; REST, SOA EPL; Active Directory LDAP; Salesforce; SQL Database; and Unix Shell Scripting.
