Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) engineer to implement and deploy access management solutions using SailPoint and Oracle IAM suites. You will design architectural solutions in collaboration with Governance, Security Architecture, and business teams, coordinating with Scrum Masters and PMs to rollout from design to production.

The role requires experience in Python/JavaScript and Unix shell scripting, with the ability to deliver technical designs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; 72 months of progressive experience. Employer will accept 3- or 4-year degrees.
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ, Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, PingFederate, REST/SOA, LDAP, Salesforce, SQL, and Unix shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Engineer Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) for SailPoint & Oracle IAM products.
• Collaborate with Governance, Security Architecture, and Business teams to design architectures.
• Coordinate with Scrum Masters, PMs, BAs, Support & Ops leads to rollout solutions from design to production.
• Develop IGA solutions using SailPoint and Java frameworks.
• Review IAM security policies, standards, and procedures.

Job Duties: Work as Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) engineer for SailPoint & Oracle suite of products for the IAM team to build, execute & deploy Access management solutions. Work with Governance, Security Architecture & Business application teams to design & demonstrate the architectural designs. Co-ordinate with Scrum Masters, Project managers, Business Analysts, Support & Operations leads and rollout the solutions from design to production. Technical experience in programming and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript is preferred. Develop Custom IGA solutions using SailPoint & Java frameworks. Review IAM Security polices standards, guidelines, and procedures. Work closely with IAM Organization to deliver the proposed solutions and provide strategic technical direction across the team. Work closely with peer groups to achieve Organizational objectives. Overall accountability for technical document delivery, technical support, and hands on technical work. Oversee adherence to applicable Security Controls, Policies and Standards; partner with business owners and technology groups to synchronize plans to remediate gaps.

Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation. Employer will accept a 3-year or 4-year bachelor’s degree. . Experience must include 72 months involving the following: Oracle Identity Manager; Oracle Access Manager; SailPoint IIQ; PingFederate; REST, SOA EPL; Active Directory LDAP; Salesforce; SQL Database; and Unix Shell Scripting.
