The Schedule Manager at LA28 will prepare and manage venue-based scheduling for VNI, own the VIS, and consolidate delivery schedules from multiple areas. The Venues and Infrastructure(VNI)team plays a critical role in deliveringGames-specific temporary infrastructure forcompetition and non-competition venuesto ensure that theyare functional, innovative, and fully accessible for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. As part of the largerSport and GamesDelivery group, the VNI team ensures that all venues are designed,developed, and delivered with the highest standards for functionality, sustainability, and inclusion, while respecting the timeframes establishedwith the venues for the LA28 exclusive use periods.
Reporting to the Sr.Mgr.,Scheduling, theScheduleManagerwillprepare and manage venue-based scheduling for VNI.TheScheduleManagerwillown thevenue integrated schedules (VIS),aconsolidationofdelivery schedules from multiple functional areas.The Schedule Manager will also oversee thedevelopment of construction schedulefor VNI temporary infrastructure and overlay.This role will require deep collaboration acrossall deliveryfunctionalareas as well asexternal stakeholders, partners, and suppliers.
The successful candidate will have created and managed projectschedulesfor complexinfrastructure and/or eventsdelivery.
The annual base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $115,000. The pay scaleprovidedis the range that LA28reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensationremainssubject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
