Job Description
The Manager, SAP S4 Business Process Lead - AP plays a vital role in NBCUniversal’s SAP S/4 HANA implementation, "Project Keystone." Working across global finance and technology teams, this role supports the finance digital transformation, focusing on Accounts Payable (AP). Responsibilities include aligning functional requirements, system design, change management, and system integrations to ensure successful deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on SAP S/4 functionality, data design, and migration for AP processes.
• Collaborate with data, IT, Risk, Controls, and system integrators to analyze and translate AP needs into SAP S/4 solutions.
• Translate finance requirements to technical teams and participate in workshops on data migration and fit-to-standard solutions.
• Build stakeholder consensus and act as a change agent for the SAP S/4 transformation.
• Evaluate third-party AP solutions and identify necessary master and transactional data for future processes.
• Lead and support the AP workstream team, ensuring cohesive collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Information Systems; 5+ years relevant media industry experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Understanding of SAP business processes (e.g., FICO, Cash App, Billings).
• Experience with agile project management and on-time delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational change management skills.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with third-party implementors.
