Job Description
The Manager, SAP S4 Business Process Lead - AP plays a vital role in NBCUniversal’s SAP S/4 HANA implementation, "Project Keystone." This position collaborates across global finance and technology teams, focusing on finance digital transformation from design to deployment. The role emphasizes inclusive design, change management, and transformation, supporting the Accounts Payable (AP) workstream by defining functional requirements and system design inputs. It also involves aligning SAP S/4 core ledger development with AP systems integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support on SAP S/4 functionality, data design, and migration for AP processes.
• Coordinate with data, IT, Risk, Controls, and other workstreams to analyze and translate business needs into SAP S/4 solutions.
• Communicate finance requirements effectively to technical teams.
• Participate in workshops on data migration, fit-to-standard, and GAP resolution.
• Build stakeholder consensus and facilitate understanding of proposed solutions.
• Act as a change agent during SAP S/4 transformation.
• Evaluate third-party AP solutions as alternatives to custom development.
• Identify necessary master and transactional data for future processes and reporting.
• Lead and support the AP workstream team cohesively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Information Systems; 5+ years relevant media industry experience.
• At least 3 years experience specifically with Accounts Payable.
• Understanding of SAP business processes (FICO, Cash App, Billings).
• Experience with agile project management and on-time delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation, and change management skills.
• Problem-solving skills in both functional and technical areas.
• Ability to collaborate with third-party implementors.
• Knowledge of finance and data processes.

Preferred Characteristics

• Experience in an SAP ecosystem is preferred.

This position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days in the office weekly. It offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and more. Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000, bonus eligible.
