NextBigWhat is seeking a Sales Training Manager in Commerce, California. The successful candidate will work closely with sales and marketing to train Sales Representatives and Supervisors, ensuring sales goals are met. Candidates should have prior wine distribution experience and at least 3 years of management experience.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $76,800 - $96,000, health care benefits, and eligibility for a bonus program. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office.
The Sales Training Manager works in conjunction with the sales and marketing departments to train highly effective Sales Reps. In Sales, the position entails managing and working closely with sales staff to meet goals set forth by sales and marketing. This role is actively out in the market training Sales Representatives and Supervisors.
Prior wine distribution experience required. Candidates with on-premise sales management experience highly preferred.
Salary and Benefit Statement: Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.
Compensation package: Range: $76,800.00 - $96,000.00
This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program. Metrics and level of participation are determined annually.
