Job description

Enable authorized dealers and partners to procure a select set of products and services from Yamaha Corporation of America (YCA) to redistribute to businesses, institutions and customers.

Key Accountabilities Include

• Support achievement of corporate sell-in objectives
• Achieve service delivery expectations and ensure division JSOX compliance in assigned functions
• Drive optimum inventory planning
• Drive data accuracy and system discipline adherence
• Drive resolution of critical matters that impact department operations
• Attract, engage, and develop team members

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Manage a team that has responsibilities for inventory, order entry and dealer support
• Manage case management workflow and oversight of order entry
• Leverage various YCA stakeholders to support inquiry/issue resolution, and work with internal stakeholders to resolve dealer/partner issues
• Review and maintain systems and documentation for JSOX compliance in assigned functions
• Work with suppliers and vendors to meet the availability needs of dealers/partners
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement best practices, identify areas of risk and opportunity to the division’s business plan
• Facilitate meetings to discuss the management of excess and obsolete inventory

Qualifications

Ideal

• Experience in order management processing in a Customer Service/B2B environment
• ERP system experience

Preferred

• 5+ years in order management
• Tableau or similar database software experience
• Salesforce or similar CRM dashboard/reports experience
• Experience in managing an expense budget
• Experience managing timekeeping

Compensation

• The hiring range for this position is $80,062 - $98,514 annually + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
• Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
