Job summary

Red Light Management’s Electronic Division is seeking a Manager’s Assistant to support the roster from Bristol (UK) and Los Angeles. The role is hands-on, keeping artists, managers and partners aligned across two time zones.

You will help run campaigns, coordinate travel and logistics, liaise with labels and partners, and assist with social media and marketing efforts while tracking budgets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in music management or live touring preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing.
• Passion for music and the business behind it.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask across artists.

• Comfort working across UK and US time zones.

Bristol, UK (working closely with our Los Angeles office)

Red Light Management’s Electronic Division is looking for a Manager’s Assistant to support the roster run from its Bristol (UK) and Los Angeles offices. It’s a hands-on role at the centre of the team, keeping artists, managers and partners moving in the same direction across two time zones.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting managers with the day-to-day running of artist campaigns, from release plans to tour schedules
• Coordinating diaries, travel, advances and logistics for artists and their teams
• Liaising with labels, agents, promoters, publicists and other partners
• Helping plan and deliver social media and marketing activity across the roster
• Tracking budgets, deadlines and deliverables so nothing slips through the cracks
• Keeping communication flowing between the Bristol and LA teams

What we’re looking for

• Ideally, previous experience in music management; if not, a background in live touring or releasing music
• A solid understanding of social media marketing
• A genuine passion for music and the business behind it
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple artists and priorities at once
• A people-first attitude, along with being calm, reliable and easy to work with
• Comfort working flexibly with a team spread across UK and US time zones

• Location: Mainly remote. An ability and willingness to travel is essential.
