You’ll be based in Boston or Pittsburgh, working primarily Eastern Time, and collaborate with Account Management, Product, and performance teams to deliver effective investment solutions and client outcomes.

More about the role & team

We’re looking for a Manager, Revolution Client Consulting – North America & APAC to lead a five-person cross-regional team and provide senior leadership across an important portfolio of client relationships. Based preferably in Pittsburgh or Boston, you’ll work primarily Eastern Time while partnering with colleagues and clients across North America and APAC.

This is a role for someone who combines deep investment performance expertise with genuine people leadership. You’ll guide the team through complex performance questions, help translate client requirements into effective solutions, and bring together Client Consulting, Account Management and Product to deliver consistently for clients.

You’ll have meaningful scope to shape the regional Client Consulting function, develop team capability and act as a senior performance escalation point while contributing to client retention, growth and new North American onboarding activity.

• Lead, coach and develop a distributed five-person Client Consulting team across North America and APAC.
• Provide senior guidance and hands‑on support on complex investment performance questions.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of issues spanning performance calculations, data, Product and technical teams.
• Translate client requirements into appropriate performance and analytical solutions.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, Account Management, Product and performance teams.
• Establish clear ownership and accountability across the region while supporting retention, growth and onboarding activity.

• Take on a visible regional leadership position with scope to shape Revolution Client Consulting across North America and APAC.
• Combine people leadership with meaningful client impact and technically challenging investment-performance work.
• Become a senior performance escalation point for major clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build close relationships and influence across Account Management and Product.
• Help develop a distributed team while supporting retention, growth and new North American client activity.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

• Deep expertise in investment performance analytics.
• Strong understanding of performance calculations, data flows and analytical solutions.
• Ability to translate client requirements into solution design.
• Experience investigating complex performance and data issues.
• Proven people leadership, including coaching, empowerment, performance management and accountability.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Account Management, Product and technical specialists.
• Evidence of ownership, resilience and results delivery in a busy client‑facing environment.

• Revolution, StatPro or comparable investment analytics platform experience.
• CFA or CIPM qualification.
• Experience leading teams across North America and APAC.
• Fintech vendor or global asset‑servicing experience.

We offer flexible working options for all employees. You will ideally be working on a hybrid basis in Pittsburgh or Boston, however working remotely in other North East states will be considered.
