Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Manager of Reverse Logistics & Operations to lead strategic development of returns, damage and defective programs and vendor claims. The role collaborates with multiple internal teams to improve efficiency across CSCs and DCs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years in supply chain and reverse logistics, plus strong project management and leadership skills to drive operational improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 5-7 years experience in Supply Chain.
• Management experience preferred.
• Reverse logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to drive projects and manage project teams.
• Process- and procedure-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning to develop salvage and returns programs supporting supply chain.
• Negotiate salvage opportunities and manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Lead Returns team, ensure process accuracy and cost savings.
• Develop and enforce SOPs; drive efficiency in CSC and DC operations.
• Manage staffing and development for the Reverse Logistics team.
