We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Revenue Operations to lead a high-impact team and optimize go-to-market performance. This role will directly manage operations professionals and collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and other stakeholders to align operational processes with business goals. You will own the GTM tech stack, design KPIs, manage forecasting models, and lead efforts in compensation and territory planning. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and has a proven track record of driving efficiency and growth in B2B SaaS organizations.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of revenue operations professionals, ensuring alignment and efficiency
  • Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and related tools
  • Design performance metrics and KPIs to drive accountability and strategic insights
  • Build and refine forecasting models in partnership with sales, finance, and customer success
  • Develop and implement sales territories and compensation plans that align with company objectives
  • Drive process improvements across GTM teams to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Leverage data analytics to guide decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • At least 2 years of experience directly managing teams
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and familiarity with tools like Outreach, Gong, Leandata, and Spiff
  • Strong analytical skills and experience translating data into business action
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
