Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking a Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics to lead the analytics team and shape strategies that improve revenue cycle performance across the health system.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate analytics into actionable improvements, oversee data architecture, reporting, and dashboards, and guide cross-functional teams including administrators and physician leaders. A strong background in healthcare analytics and revenue cycle operations is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree preferred in a related field such as business, healthcare administration, engineering, CS or clinical.
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience required.
  • Management experience in revenue cycle, finance, health care data analytics, or consulting preferred.
  • End to end revenue cycle operations including patient access, charge capture, claims management, denials, accounts receivable, payment posting, collections, and revenue optimization

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Revenue Cycle Analytics team and design analytical solutions to drive performance across the health system.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify challenges and translate analytics into actionable tactics for improvement.
  • Oversee data architecture, metrics development, reporting and dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  • Manage analytics projects and routine reporting with high autonomy in complex revenue cycle contexts.

Job Description

The Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics leads the Revenue Cycle Analytics team in designing and implementing analytical solutions to drive revenue cycle performance across the health system. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, advanced analytical and organizational abilities, and the capacity to facilitate multi-disciplinary teams of administrators and physician leaders.
