Henry Ford Health is seeking a Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics to lead a team in designing and implementing analytics solutions that drive revenue cycle outcomes across the health system.

The role oversees data architecture, metrics development, reporting, and dashboard creation, turning raw data into actionable insights and recommending process improvements. Strong leadership and communication are essential to coordinate multi-disciplinary efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience required.
• Management experience in revenue cycle, finance, health care data analytics, or consulting preferred.
• End to end revenue cycle operations including patient access, charge capture, claims management, denials, accounts receivable, payment posting, collections, and revenue optimization
• Outstanding analytical, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Revenue Cycle Analytics team in designing, developing and implementing robust analytical solutions to drive revenue cycle results across the health system.
• Oversee the building of data architecture, metrics development and target setting, reporting and dashboard development, analysis of data, and synthesis of raw data into actionable information.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements or organizational change.
• Manage analytics projects from initiation to completion with autonomy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across revenue cycle, finance, and operations to address key problems with data-driven tactics.
