Human Interest is seeking a high-performing Retirement Sales Activation Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for driving efficiency, velocity, and customer satisfaction throughout the conversion process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a passion for optimizing processes, managing performance, and exceeding aggressive targets.
You will be accountable for hitting key performance metrics, identifying and solving operational blockers, and leading your team to consistently launch a high volume of plans while delivering an exceptional customer experience. - At Human Interest, we consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate pay range for each position, including the cost of labor in different markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $140,000 - $150,000 which includes a base salary of $100,000-$105,000 and a variable target compensation of $40,000 to $45,000. The specific pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. Hourly pay is just one component of our Total Rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits. Additionally, employees receive stock option grants, enhancing long-term financial growth and investment in our company's success.
