The Paramount+ International team is looking for a Manager, Retention & Lifecycle Marketing to help accelerate the growth of the Paramount+ streaming service across the globe! As the Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, handling, and measuring programs to increase the lifetime value of our users and reduce churn. This is a dynamic role that will work with teams around the world. We're looking for someone passionate about media, with strong analytical skills, and is interested in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must also showcase exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership qualities, and meticulous attention to detail. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $74,400.00 - 90,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
