Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting, finance, reconciliation, or financial systems experience with increasing responsibility.
• 2+ years of people leadership or team management experience.
• Strong accounting and reconciliation knowledge, including experience analyzing high-volume transactions and resolving complex discrepancies.
• Experience working with large transaction volumes and multiple data sources with the ability to investigate discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Experience within a multi-unit restaurant, QSR, food and beverage, hospitality, retail, franchise, or other high-volume transaction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end reconciliation of POS, third-party delivery (3PD), catering, and other retail revenue activity across bakery locations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for POS sales accounting and revenue reconciliation processes.
• Perform and/or oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of POS activity to bank deposits, credit card transactions, 3PD settlements, cash activity, and the general ledger.
• Investigate complex discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive timely resolution with business and technical teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting for sales transactions in accordance with GAAP, ASC 606, and company policies.
