SymphonyAIis seeking a dynamic and experiencedManager, Retail-CPG Sales Operationto join our Retail division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving client success by managing key accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and delivering innovative AI-driven solutions. You will work alongside a talented team to help our retail clients optimize their operations and achieve their business objectives in an ever-evolving market landscape.
This role will be pivotal in helping our sellers operate more efficiently and maintain focus on closing business.
Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, this individual will take ownership of critical Sales Operations activities including PO tracking and management, order processing, billing, and coordination across Sales, Legal, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure smooth and error-free deal closure.
Additionally, this role will act as a primary resource for Salesforce support within the sales team, driving system adoption, optimization, and training. The Manager will also partner closely with the Head of Client Success on forecasting and reporting initiatives, providing strategic insights that impact the broader SymphonyAI organization.
