Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license
Must hold a current Arkansas Licensed Respiratory Therapy Practitioner (LRCP)
Preferred
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Adult Critical Care Specialty in Respiratory Care (ACCS)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Special knowledge, abilities and skills:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Microsoft Word and Excel
Employees in this role must be fitted for, capable of donning and performing routine tasks in personal protective equipment to include N95 masks, Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPR) or Controlled Air Purifying Respirators (CAPR).

Key Responsibilities
Demonstrates effective analytical abilities to identify department needs that require intervention and/or revision.
Serves as a liaison with Director and Administration, exchanging information and identifying problems or needs related to clinical activity.
Maintains awareness of departmental status and potential problems by functioning as a working supervisor.
Assists in developing, interpreting, and implementing policies, guidelines, protocol, job descriptions, and performance appraisals annually.
Coordinates scheduling of leave time.
Demonstrates good managerial judgment in assigning duties appropriate to each individual.
Other duties as assigned.
