I Am Boundless, Inc. in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Manager, Residential - ICF to lead direct programming and support for residents with developmental disabilities.

This full-time role focuses on ensuring quality care and compliance within a nonprofit environment, with opportunities for professional growth. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent experience, plus at least one year of residential programming experience and CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent work experience.
• One year of experience in residential programming.
• Certifications in First Aid and CPR - adult, child and infant; delegated nursing.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and proof of auto insurance.
• Excellent computer skills – including spreadsheets and word processing tools – and ability to learn new programs expeditiously.

Monday-Friday occasional weekends with some flex available. Hours typically 9a-5p but could be required to stay later/come in earlier. On-Call rotation 40 hours a week
