Manager, Regional Partner Success & Growth - Craft Education

The role includes developing and executing training and engagement strategies, supporting departmental growth, managing partner health, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to enhance partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies for partner training and engagement.
2. Support departmental growth and lead regional partnership initiatives.
3. Manage metrics, reporting, and partnership performance.
4. Lead partner health checks and handle escalations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve partner experience and identify growth opportunities.
