Job Overview

The Manager, Regional Partner Success & Growth will lead a field-based team managing strategic partnerships, particularly with Workforce Development Boards (WDB). This role involves developing and executing strategies for partner training, onboarding, engagement, and growth, while collaborating closely with Product and Marketing teams to enhance partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategies for partner training, onboarding, and engagement.
2. Support the Workforce and WIOA departments, including travel for on-site support.
3. Lead planning, budgeting, and reporting on partnership development and performance metrics.
4. Establish and monitor key metrics for lead generation and partnership management.
5. Manage partner health checks, escalations, and satisfaction initiatives.
6. Provide thought leadership to foster partnership growth.
7. Communicate organizational metrics and progress to leadership, including recommendations.
8. Develop best practices for partner engagement throughout their lifecycle.
9. Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align strategies and implement partner feedback.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams in Partner Success or Customer Success roles.
• Skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Education & Experience
