Qualifications

• Minimum five years in ambulatory healthcare referral management or related field, including two years in leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, nursing or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to improve how patients access specialty care and scheduling.
• Collaborate with physicians, operational leaders and IT to drive referral management improvements.
• Provide operational leadership for the Centralized Ambulatory Referral Scheduling team.
• Develop and maintain Referral CORE strategic roadmap with senior leadership.
• Mentor staff, ensure training, and enforce quality improvement across programs.
