RTD seeks a Senior Manager, Real Property to lead property acquisition, lease negotiations, and disposal activities in support of asset management and capital projects.

This position leads RTD’s Real Property team and manages real property functions in support of asset management, real estate strategy, and capital improvement projects. This position oversees right-of-way acquisition/disposition, property management, leasing, relocation programs, and real estate transactions, including work related to federally funded projects and environmental review. The Manager oversees property acquisition and disposition, manages property-related budgets, consultant activities, negotiates real estate transactions, oversees related legal documentation, and ensures compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, funding requirements, and RTD policies.
