Job summary

Saint Luke’s in Garnett, KS is seeking a Radiology Manager to oversee daily operations of the Radiology Department, ensure compliance with standards of care, and lead the team to deliver high‑quality imaging services.

You will drive quality assurance, coordinate capital and operating budgets, mentor staff, and partner with the Radiology Director to promote patient safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and BLS required.
• Licensed Radiologic Tech KS.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Job Description

The Radiology Manager is responsible for provision of radiological services based on accepted standards of care. This position has authority for the development implementation and evaluation of patient care functions. In addition this position actively participates in leadership functions staff development and provision of resources to provide quality health services in a cost effective manner. The Radiology Manager is responsible for daily operations in the Radiology Department to include departmental quality assurance performance improvement capital and operating budget with Radiology Director personnel management customer service and promoting teamwork with internal and external staff.
