The Manager of Quality is responsible for Quality Management, Regulatory Compliance, and performance improvement activities at either Kadlec Regional Medical Center or St. Mary Medical Center (Southeast Washington Service Area). The Manager provides vision and leadership throughout the organization relative to continuous improvement of clinical quality outcomes. The Manager designs, implements and maintains systems ensuring integration of quality improvement activities at the ministry. This position is responsible for assuring that safeguards are in place so that patient safety is a top priority for all medical staff and caregivers. The Manager is responsible for the Medical Center meeting requirements and standards of the Joint Commission and other applicable State and local regulatory and accrediting agencies.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
