Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, located in Ontario, CA, seeks an Assistant Manager Quality Engineering to lead QEHS activities. The role focuses on maintaining ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 across Ontario and Mexicali, while directing audits, corrective actions, and PPAP submissions for new products.

You will manage receiving/final inspectors and QE staff, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Travel to Mexicali and customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field is required.
• 3–5 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment with team management.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
• Solid knowledge of statistical concepts (SPC, DOE, etc.) and quality tools (PDCA, 8D, etc.).
