  • Oversee the daily operations of automated solutions across distinct workflows, including resource capacity forecasting, reporting systems, templating processes, and AI-powered self-service tools.
  • Direct skill development strategies through primary training content creation and LMS distribution, supplementary training and certification programs, and fostering intra-organizational knowledge sharing.
  • Drive go-to-market effectiveness by establishing and managing comprehensive release management processes, actively guiding adoption, and analyzing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Supervise and enhance the quality assurance toolkit, encompassing virtualization technologies and a network of globally distributed physical testing devices.
  • Engage closely with executive leadership to refine operational frameworks, deliver insightful team performance analytics, and align strategic initiatives on a quarterly basis.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Total Quality Management or related disciplines, preferably within consultancy environments engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Expert proficiency in workflow management and process standardization methodologies, including Agile, PMO frameworks, ISO standards, and Six Sigma practices.
  • Highly analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in developing and tracking objectives through frameworks like OKRs and KPIs.
  • Extensive knowledge of workflow and insight management systems, particularly within Atlassian and Microsoft ecosystems.
  • Working proficiency with query languages such as SQL and JQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proactive approach to identifying process improvements, presenting recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership to optimize ROI.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience participating in or leading agile teams, ensuring agile best practices and delivery effectiveness.
  • Exceptional writing skills applied to technical documentation, solution proposals, and analytical insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities, adept at collaborating effectively across globally diverse teams and cultures.
  • Naturally curious, committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Flexible availability to support critical business launches and escalations as needed.
  • Demonstrated clear and effective communication abilities.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Scrum Alliance and/or Project Management certification.
  • Master’s degree in industrial engineering or applied science preferred but not required.

Education:
