As the Manager, Quality Control, you will be the departmental owner of inspection workflows, metrology standards, and personnel development. You are responsible for the coordination of all lab activities to ensure VulcanForms’ products meet the highest standards of excellence in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will manage the laboratory’s physical and human resources to ensure the facility is fully equipped to support aggressive production ramps. Your goal is to standardize and scale QC operations while providing executive leadership with data‑driven visibility into lab performance and product quality.

The annual base salary range for this position is $122,400 to $168,300.
