ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
An established integrated marketing and technology agency is conducting a confidential search for a senior, relationship-driven Management Supervisor to lead complex client relationships and help grow a specialized digital solutions offering.
This is a big relationship role. You’ll serve as a highly visible senior partner to clients operating within public‑sector and regulated environments. Clients should want to work with you, trust your judgment, feel comfortable bringing you challenges, and know that you’ll take ownership when something needs attention.
You bring a strong presence, build connections naturally, and actively lead relationships. You’re comfortable leading a room, asking thoughtful questions, introducing new ideas, navigating difficult conversations, and respectfully pushing back when there’s a better path forward. You’ll work across strategy, technology, product, and delivery teams to connect the right people, create alignment, and make sure clients feel supported, informed, and well cared for throughout the relationship.
This search is being conducted confidentially. Additional information about the organization, team, clients, and opportunity will be shared with qualified candidates early in the interview process.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and grow senior client relationships grounded in trust, curiosity, responsiveness, and measurable business value.
- Serve as a visible senior leader in client and prospect interactions, including meetings, working sessions, presentations, escalations, and key decisions.
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships throughout complex, long‑term sales and client‑development cycles.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, goals, stakeholder dynamics, and operating needs to anticipate needs and identify opportunities.
- Bring forward ideas, challenge assumptions, and help clients evaluate new approaches across digital products, marketing technology, websites, mobile applications, ecommerce, lead generation, and related solutions.
- Lead client communication and follow‑through, ensuring questions are addressed, commitments are clear, issues are escalated appropriately, and conversations continue moving forward.
- Gather and analyze client needs and translate them into clear business and functional requirements.
- Bring together strategy, product, architecture, development, and delivery partners to create alignment around priorities, solutions, responsibilities, and next steps.
- Manage SOWs, schedules, deliverables, quality expectations, budgets, and overall account health.
- Analyze account profitability and identify opportunities to improve client value, business processes, and profitable growth.
- Present ideas, recommendations, and work with confidence, professionalism, enthusiasm, and sound judgment.
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports while providing meaningful guidance to junior team members.
