Job description

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

An established integrated marketing and technology agency is conducting a confidential search for a senior, relationship-driven Management Supervisor to lead complex client relationships and help grow a specialized digital solutions offering.

This is a big relationship role. You’ll serve as a highly visible senior partner to clients operating within public‑sector and regulated environments. Clients should want to work with you, trust your judgment, feel comfortable bringing you challenges, and know that you’ll take ownership when something needs attention.

You bring a strong presence, build connections naturally, and actively lead relationships. You’re comfortable leading a room, asking thoughtful questions, introducing new ideas, navigating difficult conversations, and respectfully pushing back when there’s a better path forward. You’ll work across strategy, technology, product, and delivery teams to connect the right people, create alignment, and make sure clients feel supported, informed, and well cared for throughout the relationship.

This search is being conducted confidentially. Additional information about the organization, team, clients, and opportunity will be shared with qualified candidates early in the interview process.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Own and grow senior client relationships grounded in trust, curiosity, responsiveness, and measurable business value.
  • Serve as a visible senior leader in client and prospect interactions, including meetings, working sessions, presentations, escalations, and key decisions.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships throughout complex, long‑term sales and client‑development cycles.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, goals, stakeholder dynamics, and operating needs to anticipate needs and identify opportunities.
  • Bring forward ideas, challenge assumptions, and help clients evaluate new approaches across digital products, marketing technology, websites, mobile applications, ecommerce, lead generation, and related solutions.
  • Lead client communication and follow‑through, ensuring questions are addressed, commitments are clear, issues are escalated appropriately, and conversations continue moving forward.
  • Gather and analyze client needs and translate them into clear business and functional requirements.
  • Bring together strategy, product, architecture, development, and delivery partners to create alignment around priorities, solutions, responsibilities, and next steps.
  • Manage SOWs, schedules, deliverables, quality expectations, budgets, and overall account health.
  • Analyze account profitability and identify opportunities to improve client value, business processes, and profitable growth.
  • Present ideas, recommendations, and work with confidence, professionalism, enthusiasm, and sound judgment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports while providing meaningful guidance to junior team members.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Client Relationship Leadership
  • 8+ years of experience managing and leading client accounts involving digital solutions and services.
  • Demonstrated experience owning senior‑level client relationships and serving as a primary relationship leader, rather than primarily supporting another account lead.
  • Strong, engaging client presence with the confidence to lead conversations, contribute proactively, and establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build genuine, trusted relationships and become someone clients actively want involved in their business.
  • Ability to independently manage client communication, anticipate needs, follow through on commitments, and keep conversations moving without significant direction.
  • Confidence navigating escalations, sensitive situations, competing priorities, and difficult client conversations.
Strategic Thinking and Influence
  • Strong curiosity and the instinct to ask better questions, look beyond the immediate request, identify opportunities, and introduce new ideas.
  • Ability to respectfully challenge clients and internal partners, advocate for a point of view, and help groups reach better decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal judgment and the ability to read a room, adapt to different personalities, and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Ability to connect people across disciplines and create alignment around priorities, decisions, and solutions.
Digital and Business Leadership
  • Experience working with digital solutions such as marketing technology, websites, mobile applications, ecommerce, lead generation, or comparable platforms and services.
  • Experience facilitating working sessions and translating client needs into clear business and functional direction.
  • Experience managing combined client budgets of $3MM or greater.
  • Experience managing SOWs, schedules, budgets, deliverables, quality expectations, and account profitability.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing others.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, business judgment, critical thinking, and problem‑solving ability.
  • Experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives, including complex web, mobile application, digital product, platform, or technology‑enabled solutions.
  • Ability to work comfortably with technical and non‑technical stakeholders across strategy, product, architecture, development, and delivery teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, working sessions, industry events, and team collaboration. Travel frequency will vary based on client and business needs.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience working with government, public‑sector, regulated, or similarly complex organizations.
  • Experience maintaining and growing relationships through long sales cycles.
  • Experience leading complex digital programs involving multiple organizations or stakeholder groups.
  • Experience partnering with strategy, product, architecture, development, and delivery teams to shape client solutions.
  • Experience within lottery, gaming, or similarly regulated consumer industries.
LOCATION AND EMPLOYMENT

This is a U.S.‑based opportunity with remote and hybrid work arrangements available depending on established primary residence. Employment is limited to states where the organization is currently authorized to employ team members. Location eligibility will be confirmed during the application process.

Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, team collaboration, or other business needs.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.

Equivalent professional experience is fully accepted. What matters most is demonstrated depth, judgment, leadership, and growth, not the specific path that produced it.
