Job summary

Zachry Group is seeking a Field QC Manager to supervise daily inspection activities, coordinate with the Owners Team for inspections and technical issues, and oversee subcontractor activities.

You will implement the quality manual and Inspection Test Plan for Direct Hire Construction, review Sub-Contractor ITPs, and manage quality records, RFIs, NCRs to ensure the product meets customer expectations. This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach to quality control on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inspection activities of inspection personnel.
• Interface with Owners Team for notification of inspections and technical issues.
• Oversee subcontractor activities and ensure adherence to ITP/quality procedures.
• Implement Quality Manual and Inspection Test Plan for Direct Hire Construction.
• Review Sub-Contractor ITPs and manage quality records, RFIs, and NCRs.

Job description

Field QC Manger will Supervise/coordinate daily inspection activities of Inspection Personnel, interface with the Owners Team for notification of Inspections and technical issues, supervise oversight of Sub-Contractor activities. Implement the quality manual and Inspection Test Plan for Direct Hire Construction Activities and perform review of Sub-Contractor Inspection Test Plan. Manage Quality Activities for the quality control team; ensuring the team works accurately and effectively to produce a quality product that meets the customer’s expectations. Manage quality records, review daily QC inspection reports and RFI’s, and generate quality reports, and NCR’s.
