Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in project and program management.
• Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $95,900 - $178,100. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
