This leadership role will be based in our Rancho Bernardo, CA office.The manager will lead the Enterprise level efforts that cross program areas on the Triton program. This leadership role will have the responsibility of managing the cost, schedule and performance of a segment of these cross-portfolio efforts. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
