You will lead panels, advisory boards, and education initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring compliant, evidence-based engagement with key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a life sciences, healthcare, pharmacy, nursing, public health, or related discipline.
  • Experience in professional affairs, medical affairs, or healthcare professional engagement.
  • Strong ability to translate external insights into recommendations and programs that advance education.

What you will do

The Manager, Professional Affairs - OTC plays a critical role in building and activating trusted strategic relationships with healthcare professional thought leaders and professional organizations to advance our OTC portfolio of brands within Pain and Allergy care.

The Manager, Professional Affairs, OTC helps to shape and execute Kenvue's professional stakeholder engagement strategy and works closely with Medical Affairs, HCP Marketing, R&D, Legal/Compliance and external healthcare stakeholders to strengthen Kenvue's scientific credibility, advance professional education, and support responsible engagement with influential stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Professional Activation
  • Develop and execute focused professional engagement plans for OTC portfolio, aligned to business priorities, scientific strategy and applicable healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, professional societies and external experts to understand clinical needs, practice trends and establish influential network of partners, advocates across healthcare professional ecosystem.
  • Identify areas of alignment with priority healthcare professional stakeholders and societies and drive strategic co-creation and collaboration to strengthen scientific credibility and nurture advocacy.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with KOLs, professional associations, and scientific influencers to support evidence-based self‑care.
  • In partnership with Medical Affairs, plan and deliver expert panels, advisory boards and sponsored professional education initiatives to advance healthcare professional education and elevate scientific thought leadership of our brands.
  • Support create of professional‑facing content and engagement materials in partnership with Medical Affairs.
Ecosystem Mapping & Insights
  • Maintain up‑to‑date professional ecosystem maps identifying key KOLs, digital influencers, and relevant organizations.
  • Track professional trends, society priorities, clinical developments, and competitive insights to inform strategic planning.
  • Mine and translate clinical practice insights and healthcare professional stakeholder feedback into actionable recommendations for professional education, claims support, product strategy and portfolio priorities.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Medical Affairs, Brand Teams, R&D, Communications, and Regulatory to align activities.
  • Manage operational components including congress planning, sponsorship execution, grants, and partnerships in compliance with policy.
  • Oversee vendors and support budget tracking for assigned programs.
  • Ensure professional affairs activities are planned and executed in accordance with Kenvue standards, healthcare compliance requirements and applicable industry guidelines.
  • Track program effectiveness, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and communicate insights, risks and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare, pharmacy, nursing, public health, or a related discipline requiring engagement with professional stakeholders across healthcare ecosystem.
  • Relevant experience in professional affairs, medical affairs, healthcare professional engagement or a related healthcare environment.
  • Strong ability to interpret external insights from thought leaders and external landscape and translate into recommendations and programs that advance scientific understanding and education.
  • Excellent leadership and partnering skills with history of building trusted, long-term relationships with diverse external stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, legal/compliance, marketing, commercial
