Responsibilities

• Manage audio engineers overseeing all FOH and BOH playback systems and configurations.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise freelance AVL technicians and event day crew.
• Foster a high-performance team culture focused on safety and precise cue execution.
• Establish preventative maintenance for all venue AVL hardware and manage CapEx.

## Job Title:Manager, Production (OCSE)**Pay Details:**The annual base salary range for this position in California is $95,000 to $120,000 per year. The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.The Manager, Production oversees technical production aspects, Audio, Video, Lighting, for Honda Center live events and sports, including hockey, basketball, volleyball, and boxing. This role oversees the team managing operation, scheduling, and maintenance of broadcast control rooms, LED video displays, sound reinforcement systems, and lighting effects.
