Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Production Manager for Bevel Gears on the 2nd shift at East Peoria, IL (Building KK). You will lead 25+ operators, drive safety and productivity, and ensure on-time production using LEAN methods.

Required is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong problem solving and leadership skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Onsite five days weekly; some overtime may be required.

As a production manager, you will be leading a group of machine operators to drive improvement in a very dynamic and exciting work environment.
