Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Manager to lead the product strategy, vision and execution for a portfolio supporting Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities. You will lead a team of Product Managers and align roadmaps with customer needs, business priorities, technology strategy and enterprise objectives.

Collaborate with business, operations, technology and partners to translate insights into investment recommendations, manage backlogs, and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 5 years of product management or related field
• 3 years of leadership experience
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Experience with agile development environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio across contracting, credentialing, and network.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing product management team.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development and launches.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into investment decisions and business cases.
• Define requirements and manage backlog; ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Monitor outcomes and drive adoption and change management across the portfolio
