Req#: R0035695We are looking for a strong, IT focused candidate who is capable of managing multiple projects at once with limited resources in a high paced and demanding industry. This position is responsible for supporting the Build Release Management for our software releases for TAA (Tax & Accounting) North America. Supports and manages admin duties and functions within tools and processes that the team actively supports. Benchmarks for success are determined by service levels internally and externally to our clients, ensuring we successfully meet environment change needs and software updates within the set SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project timelines and deliver based on time sensitive deadlines using agile methodology. Actively participate in Scrum process and align with other teams.
- Conduct performance reviews, regular 1:1’s, recommends candidates for promotion, and manages performance improvement plans as necessary. Create governance, documentation, and standards for usage, implementation, and training.
- Responsible for design, code, configuration, QA, and implementation of workflows for Admin, Build & Release that are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communicate with multiple teams/divisions, multiple levels of leadership.
- Orchestrate projects across multiple teams and applications and ensure training and standards are met.
- Manage the administration support of the Build/Deployment process and TAA tooling.
- Maintain the best practices needed to ensure on time, quality software solution deliverables.
- Implement effective monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability for business applications and infrastructure.
- Manage the team's performance and work on improvements
- Manage a diverse team across multiple time zones for a client base that is worldwide.
- Set clear team goals, monitor team performance and report on metrics, oversee day-to-day operation, for your team.

Key Requirements:
- Experience: 4-10 years of information technology experience or equivalent
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Experience designing and implementing quality up front initiatives
- Experience with the tools below is a plus
- Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, Confluence, Octopus Deploy, GitHub, Azure, Azure Cloud, AWS
- Experience with these technologies is a plus: Terraform, Kubernetes, VMs, Microservices
- Working knowledge of code repository tools such as GIT, ADO, GitHub
- Ability to work in a high pace, high demand industry with very tight deadlines and a set amount of limited resources
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, information systems, or business administration is a plus
