Qualifications

Manager, Product Management – Control Electronics

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing global Product Management team.
• Translate market strategies into actionable product plans and priorities.
• Own portfolio growth, profitability, pricing, and investment performance.
• Drive execution of product roadmaps aligned to business and customer needs.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through obsolescence.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Market Managers to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Review business cases and major product investments to ensure strong returns and competitive differentiation.
• Leverage customer insights and competitive intelligence to continuously improve the portfolio.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years’ experience in Product Management within drives, controls and HVAC.
• Proven experience overseeing Product Managers or cross‑functional teams.
• Strong track record of owning product P&L, delivering product growth and profitability, and managing multi‑product or platform portfolios.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and new product development (NPD) processes.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with engineering teams.

Preferred

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience in global product organizations.
• Experience managing platform‑based product strategies.
• Exposure to European market requirements and regulatory landscape.
• Experience in portfolio optimization and platform standardization.

Hybrid Work Arrangement

This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset and to be flexible with hybrid days based on business needs.
