What does a Product Lifecycle Planning Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?
As a Product Lifecycle Planning Manager, you will develop the planning strategy for launching new products and exiting products that are at the end of their lifecycle. You will be focused on developing production and purchasing plans that enable on-time in-market execution. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, including Commercial and Supply Planning, you’ll play a critical role in product readiness of innovation initiatives. We are looking for a manager that will mentor and train team members on lifecycle processes for overall understanding of beverage product.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews demand and owns initial supply plans ensuring innovation products launch on-time and are available in the proper locations.
  • Drives system automation of new sustaining materials utilizing Anaplan and Blue Yonder to optimally plan replenishment.
  • Owns and manages the PRF process from beginning to end using inputs from commercialization and CCNA.
  • Oversees limited time offer projects ensuring supply plans align w/sales velocity.
  • Engages in SWAG routines to support launches and expansions specific to the Swire network.
  • Assists Supply Chain Design team to determine optimal sourcing of new SKUs.
  • Partners with procurement to secure raw materials for initial production of finished goods.
  • Contributes to SKU optimization process and assists with the deletion of SKUs to minimize remaining liabilities.
  • Manages external bottler relations and provides customer service related to product lifecycle decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience;
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, finance, and/or marketing.
  • 4+ years of experience in demand, inventory, supply network planning, or materials management.
