Role Overview

As a Product Lifecycle Planning Manager, you will develop strategies for launching new products and phasing out old ones. You will focus on creating production and purchasing plans to ensure timely market entry. Collaborating with Commercial and Supply Planning teams, you'll ensure product readiness for innovation initiatives. You will also mentor and train team members on lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Review demand and manage initial supply plans for innovation product launches.
• Drive automation of materials planning using Anaplan and Blue Yonder.
• Manage the PRF process from start to finish.
• Oversee limited-time offer projects to align supply with sales velocity.
• Support launches and expansions within the Swire network.
• Assist in sourcing decisions for new SKUs.
• Partner with procurement for raw materials acquisition.
• Contribute to SKU optimization and deletion to minimize liabilities.
• Manage relations with external bottlers and provide product lifecycle support.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related experience.
• 8+ years in supply chain, operations, finance, or marketing.
• 4+ years in demand, inventory, or supply network planning.
• Project management experience.
