    The Manager, Product Education is key to the success of Entrata’s Training department and reports directly to the Director of Product Education. This position is primarily responsible for leading a team of Product Education Managers who provide customer-centric software training of the entire Entrata platform to both internal and external users. As an Manager, Product Education you will need to be an enthusiastic and creative leader who can not just transfer knowledge, but can motivate their teams to retain information with fun, engaging, and effective teaching techniques. A successful candidate is knowledgeable on adult learning methodologies and has a deep understanding of the Kirkpatrick Model. We are looking for someone who can foster an environment that establishes ownership and accountability, an effective communicator who can clearly articulate expectations and risks and be skilled in developing interpersonal relationships.


    Responsibilities will include
    • Manage a team of 5+ Product Training Managers.
    • Facilitate instructor-led training face-to-face and virtually with customers teaching Entrata best practices with users of all technical skill levels.
    • Educate new trainers following the product training onboarding certification process, finding ways to motivate and hold them accountable to OKRs, KPIs and MBOs.
    • Learn all of Entrata products and understand how customers best use the platform in order to train effectively.
    • Create, coordinate and deliver training for Base Camp and Summit - Entrata’s two largest events of the year (300+ attendees).
    • Promote operational excellence: identifying and executing opportunities to optimize processes and gain efficiencies.
    • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in order to help the implementation process run as smoothly as possible.
    • Work closely with leaders in Product Management, Project Management, Consulting, Implementation, Customer Support, and Customer Success.
    • Foster an environment of accountability for yourself and others on your team.
    • Manage customer expectations and know how to defuse escalations by problem solving and finding solutions all are happy with.
    • Travel last minute when needed to provide world class customer service.
    • Organize and run team meetings and cross department meetings communicating clearly and effectively.
    • Support and champion change management initiatives both within the department and organization as a whole.
    • Build relationships of trust with team members to help with their professional development and growth.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field
    • 3+ years managing employees
    • 5+ years of software or sales training experience
    • High EQ and ability to connect with others easily
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Positive, self-motivated, self-managed, and a finisher
    • Travel up to 50%
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Experience in the multi-family industry
    • Skilled in managing projects successfully

    $88,000 - $139,000 a year This band covers the full salary range for the role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors like experience, skills, and internal equity.
