  • Explore AI‑powered tools and emerging technologies that improve design quality, team productivity, and enterprise user experiences.
  • Communicate design strategy, customer insights, and recommendations to executives and cross‑functional partners, building alignment and enabling informed decisions.
  • Represent Product Design as a strategic partner across the Enterprise Retail organization, influencing experiences beyond your immediate portfolio.
Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Information Architecture, or a related design field.
  • 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing Product Design teams in a fast‑paced product organization.
  • Experience balancing people leadership with hands‑on product design in a player/coach role.
  • Proven success partnering with Product, Engineering, Research, and business team members to deliver customer‑centered products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, complex enterprise workflows, and measurable customer or business impact.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and team member influence skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience using customer research, analytics, and experimentation to inform product and design decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
  • Position may require occasional travel and 3‑4 days per week in the local office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing enterprise software, ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, healthcare technology, FinTech, SaaS, or other complex digital products.
  • Experience contributing to or leading design systems and scalable design practices across multiple product teams.
  • Experience demonstrating AI‑powered tools or emerging technologies to improve design workflows, team efficiency, or customer experiences.
