Qualifications

• Experience in sports, media, or multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with collegiate athletics or fan experience design.
• Experience scaling a design team through organizational growth or restructuring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers across multiple workstreams.
• Define end-to-end product design processes that scale.
• Integrate AI tools into team workflows and measure impact with KPIs.
• Partner with Engineering to close the gap between design intent and shipped product.
