Ready for a career glow up? As a Product Design Manager, you will be at the helm of a dynamic team that shapes the future of beauty retail experiences. You'll lead design across a broad, connected portfolio — spanning the moments where clients discover, transact, get support, and trust us with their information, across both in-store and online experiences. You’ll lead design of AI-powered and agentic experiences, identifying opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve the client journey, including discovery, personalized recommendations, product education, beauty advice, and seamless connections between digital and in-store experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to help define how our teams use AI—from accelerating discovery and prototyping to shaping more personalized and intuitive client experiences.Your leadership will inspire a team of designers and drive the strategic direction of Sephora's digital touchpoints, delivering exceptional and innovative client experiences across our platforms.
The annual base salary range for this position is $160,470.00 - $198,200.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
